SHILLONG: Lummawbah Sport Social & Cultural Club Pyndengdombah, under Mairang C&RD Block, in collaboration with Nehru Yuva Kendra Sangathan, Nongstoin, launched a 3-month tailoring course for women at Pyndengdombah village on December 4 under the skill up gradation training programme.
The course was inaugurated by A.K. Gupta, District Youth Coordinator, NYK, Nongstoin.
Resource person of the programme, Bentilang Rynthatiang, headman of Pyndengdombah village, general secretary of Rani Sports Social & Cultural Club, Laitdombah, among others, attended the inauguration.
Gupta advised the participants to attend the classes regularly to learn various skills of tailoring.
