Theft
On December.11 around 11.30 pm, four miscreants Benedick Jarain (20), Bijoy Thapa (20), Satbir Kumar Rai (18) and a minor (17) broke into the house of Khemlal Rai at Demseiniong, Shillong and stole Rs. 12,000 . Police arrested the accused persons.
Abduction
A 13 year-old girl was reported missing from her residence at Oxford Hill, Kenches Trace, Shillong since December 6. During investigation, it was learnt that one Arjun Kumar Rai (22) of Vaishali, Bihar had abducted the girl.
