B-Town condemns Pak school attack

Heartbroken and helpless, celebrities from the Hindi film industry condemned the attack on innocent school children in Peshawar, saying it’s a “sad”, “sick” and “black” day for the human race.

As many as 84 children were among the 104 people killed when heavily armed terrorists launched a brazen attack on an army-run school in Pakistan’s Peshawar city.

Celebrities took to Twitter following the shocking news and called for global peace. Here’s what they had to say:

Javed Akhtar: 104 innocent children are killed by Talibans In Peshawar. A black day for humanity.

Priyanka Chopra: Appalling! What kind of wimps hurt kids! I send out a prayer. Please god…in whichever form and whatever name. Pls teach your children to value human life. I pray for peace. #Peshawar

Karan Johar: The Peshawar killing is just heartbreaking…the death of humanity on every level….helplessness is the only feeling.
