SHILLONG: The Shillong Cricket League will commence on January 2 with defending champions United XI taking on newly promoted Keating Road CC in the Super Division.
The Super division consists of 10 teams viz. United XI, New Friends Union, Nongthymmai SC, Aurobindo CC and Keating Road CC in group A TnT Sputnik CC, Malki CC, Riatsamthiah SC, Lawmali SC and Young Guns in group B.
In the first division, Langsning SC, 1st MLP, Royal CC, Pinewood CC and Malki SC are in group A while Megha CC, Tornado CC, Lumdiengjri SC, Madanryting SC and Venom Speed CC are in group B. The first division will be a league cum knock out affair
