SHILLONG: West Jaintia Hills police on Sunday arrested Eikihun Chullet who allegedly duped over 30 youths from Jaintia Hills promising government jobs. According to West Jaintia Hills district police chief Herbert Lyngdoh, Chullet was arrested from Jowai.
