Krishna Chauhan has been awarded the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) by NEHU for his thesis on ” Degradation of Forest and its impact on the village economy around Sariska National Park under the supervision of Prof Utpal Kumar De. He is the son of Bir Bahadur Chetry and Santi Kumari Chetry and is a resident of Madanriting.
