Govt involved in malpractices: Mawthoh

SHILLONG: Alleging malpractices by the Congress-led MUA government in the State in extending the term of the GHADC by another six months, the Opposition UDP has sought the intervention of none other than Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh.In a message faxed to the Union Home Minister on Friday, UDP legislator Jemino Mawthoh appealed for his immediate intervention to end the malpractices of the Government.”The tenure of the GHADC currently under the Congress regime has expired but an illegal and unprecedented trend has been set by the State Government,” Mawthoh said.
