Poultry fair
The Animal Husbandry and Veterinary department will organize a one-day Livestock and Poultry Fair on the theme “Livestock and Poultry Rearing for Food Security” at the State Central Library premises from 9 am onwards on January 15. Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Minister Deborah C Marak will be the Chief Guest on the occasion.
Conglomeration of children
Ka Lympung Ki Khynnah Seng Khasi Sein Raij will host the 10th Conglomeration of Children (Lympung Ki Khynnah) at Nongtalang village, West Jaintia Hills on January 17 and 18.
Meghalaya Calendar
The Director of Information and Public Relations has informed that the Meghalaya Calendars will be on sale from January 14 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM on all working days. The price of multi-page calendar is Rs. 40 while that of a single-page calendar is Rs. 10.
