BSF apprehends Bangladeshi natls

SHILLONG: BSF troops deployed in West Garo Hills apprehended a Bangladeshi national identified as John Marak (38 yrs) while he was infiltrating into India on Friday.
Marak, who is a resident of Sherpur, Bangladesh, is being interrogated to ascertain if he has links with any militant outfit.
In another incident on Thursday, BSF troops deployed at West Jaintia Hills apprehended one Bangladeshi national Monir Zaman (33 yrs) while he was trying to sneak into Bangladesh territory from India.
