SHILLONG:  The State Home Department is yet to find an interlocutor for initiating peace talks with the proscribed HNLC. A senior government official on Wednesday said that the search to appoint an interlocutor is going on.     It was in August last year, that HNLC expressed its willingness to hold unconditional talks with the Government. The official said that after giving nod to the name of the interlocutor, the State Government will write to the Centre for its approval.
