SHILLONG: Keating Road defeated Aurobindo CC by 50 runs in the league match of the Super Division Shillong Cricket League 2015 organised by the Shillong Cricket Association at the SCA Cricket Ground, Polo on Wednesday.
Keating Road won the toss and decided to bat first. They were all out for 171 runs in 38.3 overs. Syed Salman scored 36 runs of 57 balls. and Leonard Wankhar scored 32 runs of 36 balls. Bijay Ghosh and Vishal Singh took 2 wickets for 20 runs and 22 runs.
In reply, Aurobindo CC were dismissed for 121 runs in 28.5 overs. Ujjal Singh scored 22 runs of 22 balls and Sarthak Batra scored 19 runs of 26 balls. Syed Salman took 2/17 runs of 5 overs while Dawa waiba and Salkalp Pradhan took 1 wicket each.
