Art of Living programme

JOWAI: The Jaintia Hills chapter of The Art of Living completed the second batch of its Youth Leadership Training Program (YLTP) in Nongtalang on Saturday last. The YLTP is a unique training programme aimed at “creating physically strong, mentally alert and morally responsible individuals who are ready to cross their comfort zones and become role models for others”. The 8-day residential programme was conducted by international Art of Living trainer Swami Alexander from The Netherlands and was attended by youth from different villages across Jaintia Hills.
