JOWAI: In a bizarre incident, an ATM was pulled out of the booth at Lad Rymbai main market and carried away by unknown miscreants on Sunday night.
The State Bank of India ATM contained Rs 9.11 lakh. Branch Manager of SBI Lad Rymbai lodged a complaint in this regard on Monday morning.
This is the second case of ATM theft in the past few weeks. The SBI ATM at 8th Mile was vandalized by unknown miscreants who attempted to loot cash from the ATM few weeks back.
