School inaugurated

A school was inaugurated at Siejlieh village in West Khasi Hills by Rev GG Momin on Tuesday. The Eagle’s Wing Academy, a private school, will cater to nursery and class VI students.

Lok Adalat

The West Jaintia HIlls District Legal Services Authority as per directive from the National and State Legal Service Authority will hold the Lok Adalat specially for cases of bankruptcy at Government Girls’ Higher Secondary School on February 14. All debtors have been requested to attend the Lok Adalat.

Look out notice

Police have issued a look out notice for one Khraw Mawthoh, of Mawryngkneng main road who is wanted in connection with a case registered in Mawryngkneng police station. Anyone having knowledge of his whereabouts has been requested to contact the police.
