SHILLONG: In yet another instance of looting of an ATM machine, unidentified miscreants lifted the cash dispensing machine containing Rs.14,96,000 from an SBI kiosk at Madanriting Main Market.
East Khasi Hills SP M Kharkrang informed that the ATM was looted on Tuesday night and the matter was reported to Police on Wednesday morning.
He suspected the involvement of gangs from outside the State who committed the crime in connivance with local miscreants.
