Farmer shot dead in Jengjal

TURA: Unidentified men waylaid a farmer on his way home on Sunday night and shot him dead in a village under Jengjal police outpost of West Garo Hills.
According to police, the 48-year-old farmer, Dawang B Marak, had gone to visit the house of his nephew and was returning to his village Manggakgre after darkness fell when unidentified men waylaid him at Sawakalgitok.
