The Community and Rural Development Department in collaboration with the Ministry of Rural Development will organize a workshop on sustainable rural housing technologies under the United Nations Development Programme initiated project Governance and Accelerated Livelihood Support on February 18-19 at the State Convention Centre.

The Meghalaya Veterinary Services Association (apex body), Shillong, will hold its 19th central body meeting cum election of the new office bearers for the session 2015-2016 on February 19 at MIIT Building, Dhankheti, at 12:30pm. Chief Secretary PBO Warjri will be the chief guest.
