SHILLONG: A minor girl succumbed to her injuries after the branch of a tree reportedly fell on her at Mawlai Kynton Massar, Block C, in the city on Feb 14 noon.
Seven-year-old Safeenia Syiemlieh sustained grievous injuries and was shifted to Dr. H. Gordon Robert Hospital, where she was declared brought dead.
