SHILLONG: Chief Minister Mukul Sangma on Friday ditched questions on the mystery surrounding the death of Police Sub-Inspector P.J. Marbaniang, saying that it would not be wise on his part to comment on the same since the investigation was still on.
“I do not want to comment at the moment since it might influence the investigation,” Sangma said on Friday.
“The investigating team will go into the details of the case. We should allow the probe to continue without trying to put any wrong impression,” he asserted, adding, “What is necessary at the moment is to find out the truth.”
