Hope I live up to expectations of my Fan crew: SRK

Superstar Shah Rukh Khan, who is enjoying working     with a ‘young and hardworking’ team on his upcoming     film ‘Fan’, says he hopes his work in the movie impresses them. ‘Fan’ is being directed by ‘Band Baja Baaraat’ helmer Maneesh Sharma and produced by Aditya Chopra under the banner of Yash Raj Films. “Have the sweetest & hard workingest kids on ‘Fan’. Hope I live up to their innocent expectations and make them love films more than they already do (sic),” the 49-year-old ‘Happy New Year’ star tweeted. The film will release in late 2015. (PTI)

Hilary Duff files for divorce from Mike Comrie

Actress Hilary Duff has filed for divorce from her     husband Mike Comrie after separating last year.     Duff, 27, has hired high-profile celebrity attorney Laura Wasser to represent her, a representative for the singer has confirmed to Billboard. She is reportedly asking for primary physical custody of their son, Luca, who will turn three next month, with visitation rights for the former NHL player Comrie. The couple has a prenuptial agreement. (PTI)

Family dismisses Shakti Kapoor’s death rumours

Bollywood actor Shakti Kapoor’s son Siddhanth has     rubbished the death rumours of his father. Social     media was abuzz with the news that the 56-year-old actor, who is also the father of ‘Ek Villain ‘actress Shraddha Kapoor, had died in a car accident. Siddhanth later took to Twitter to clarify the hoax. “It’s all rumours, my father is fine… There was no accident, touchwood… Please retweet all..” he wrote. Shraddha soon retweeted his tweet. Shakti was last seen in the 2014 film ‘Mr Joe B Carvalho’. (PTI)

Kris Jenner ‘furious’ with Kanye West

Socialite Kris Jenner is said to be “furious” with rapper     Kanye West after he declared her 17-year-old     daughter Kylie and her boyfriend Tyga are “in love”. The 59-year-old has reportedly lost her temper with her son-in-law for outing the couple, who had been trying to keep their romance a secret, in an interview with New York City radio station Power 105.1, reports hollywoodlife.com. “Kris is beyond furious with Kanye for saying Tyga and Kylie are in love. She adores Kanye but this is the one thing that drives her crazy about him – he can’t keep his mouth closed,” said a source. It is thought Kylie and Tyga, 25, were going to wait until Kylie turned 18 in August before going public with their relationship. “Kris knows about Kylie and Tyga’s relationship but has purposely kept a lid on it for months because she was scared of the public’s reaction – not to mention the authorities,” the source added. I’m a victim of domestic violence: Halle Berry

Actress Halle Berry is “damaged” after witnessing     domestic violence as a child. The 48-year-old, who     has a six-year-old daughter, Nahla, from a previous relationship and 16-month-old son Maceo with husband Olivier Martinez, was just five years old when she watched her mother “beaten day after day after day” and get “kicked down stairs” by her husband and admits what she witnessed has stayed with her. “I’m a victim of domestic violence. I wasn’t married to a man that beat me up, but my mother was,” femalefirst.co.uk quoted her as saying. “Knowing that she wanted nothing more then for her little girls to see her be empowered and be a woman of strength, but having no way to make that happen was heartbreaking for me. “She stayed for too long and her children, my sister and I, saw far too much and I’ve suffered the damage of being a child of domestic violence,” she added. Berry also worked for 15 years with the Jenesse Centre, a Los Angeles domestic violence intervention programme. (IANS)
