SHILLONG: The four-day budget session of the KHADC starting from Monday is expected to be stormy one with the Congress-led Opposition planning to attack the Executive Committee (EC) led by Adelbert Nongrum for failing to address several pertinent issues including the High Court ruling on traditional heads. The four-day session will conclude on Thursday.
