SHILLONG: BSNL customers have complained of deteriorating cellular service provided by the public sector giant for the past one month in the city.
Many BSNL subscribers in the city have complained that dropping of calls has become a common problem with the subscribers.
Other subscribers said that the quality of BSNL services has gone done over the past few weeks.
Still others have complained that BSNL signals become very weak inside buildings, which was not the case earlier. Some subscribers also lamented that though people recharge their accounts with BSNL 3G internet services, most of the time the internet remains activated on 2G mode and 3G services are available only in the late night hours.
