Umiew Marbaniang, retired Deputy Secretary, Meghalaya Secretariat, and elder sister of Kyntangmon and Shaniahmon of Riatsamthiah Block-II, passed away on March 4. Her funeral will be held on March 6 at the Church of God Cemetery, Mawprem, at 2 pm.
