Guv Acharya greets people of Nagaland, Tripura on Holi fest

Kohima:Nagaland, Tripura and Assam Governor P B Acharya has conveyed warm greetings and best wishes to the people of Nagaland and Tripura on the occasion of Holi festival.
In a message on Thursday Acharya said let the festival strengthen the secular fabric of the nation and foster unity, fraternity, joy, reciprocity and togetherness of the people just like the myriad colours of Holi, the nation too is replete with diversity and let all learn to respect and protect the vibrant culture of all.
He expressed his belief that the joyous spirits of traditional Holi festival will rejuvenate and strengthen the age old bond of love, harmony and understanding in the society and keep all sections of the people united to march peacefully forward.
Acharya also took the opportunity to convey his hearty thanks and felicitation to the people on the auspicious occasion of Holi festival, the message said. (UNI)
