NONGSTOIN: Nongstoin Police on Tuesday arrested one Shanborlang Nongdkhar (18) from his residence in Nongstoin for allegedly raping a 10-year-old minor.
The accused was arrested after the family filed a complaint on learning of the incident from the minor.
Shanborlang, who has confessed to the crime, also admitted that he had committed the crime on more than one occasion.
