NONGPOH: Minister in charge of Cooperation, HDR Lyngdoh on Saturday laid the foundation stone for construction of new office building of the Assistant Registrar of Cooperative Society on DIC Nongpoh premises in the presence of DD Lapang, Chief Adviser to the government of Meghalaya, Mawhati MLA, Julius Dorphang and Ri Bhoi Deputy Commissioner Pooja Pandey among others.
