SHILLONG: A bomb scare once again gripped Shillong city on Wednesday leading to panic among its citizens. It was in the afternoon when passers-by noticed two abandoned bags at Police Bazar and informed the police about it. Police along with the bomb disposal squad immediately rushed to the spot only to find some papers and personal documents inside the bag.
