Iron Man star Robert Downey Jr. has confessed that he had “literally clawed his way to the top.
“The 50-year-old, who won the MTV Generation Award, said while accepting the honor, that ever since the birth of MTV 34 years ago, he had grown a lot and had his share of struggle, failure and begging for second chances,  reported a website.
The actor’s Avengers co-stars Scarlett Johansson, Jeremy Renner, Mark Ruffalo, Chris Evans and Chris Hemsworth had come up on stage and kneeled down humorously as they presented him the award.
Downey Jr. said that his co-stars were really fun to work with and that “if a man is judged by the company he keeps, then I must be doing something right.
“The cast also unveiled a new clip from Avengers: Age of Ultron, which comes to theaters this May. (ANI)
