JOWAI: West Jaintia Hills Police on Wednesday arrested one Meriki Dkhar alias Riki from Kyndong Tuber for allegedly sexually assaulting a minor girl from Mulum village.The girl later succumbed to her injuries at NEIGRIHMS, Shillong. Police also seized one car bearing registration No. ML-04A- 2692. It may be mentioned here that the 15-year-old victim, who went missing on March 29, was recovered from a drain in critical condition.
