SHILLONG: Five persons were injured when a Tata Magic car was hit from behind by another Tata pick-up truck at around 8. 55 AM on Friday in East Garo Hills.
According to reports, the Tata Magic car was hit from behind by the other vehicle while it was waiting for its turn to cross a bridge at Baiza under Samanda Block. Both the vehicles were pushed to the side of the road due to the collision.
The injured, all of whom were onboard the Tata Magic, were shifted to the Williamnagar Civil Hospital.
