New Delhi: Parliament on Thursday passed a key constitutional amendment bill to give effect to the swapping of border land enclaves between India and Bangladesh under a 1974 agreement. The Constitution (One Hundred and Nineteenth Amendment) Bill, 2013, would help implement the historic Land Boundary Agreement with Bangladesh.
