SHILLONG: Police have arrested one person for allegedly outraging the modesty of a woman at Hotel Polo Towers here. The arrest was made following a complaint lodged by the woman who claimed that on May 10 around 11 pm, one Moni Singha had outraged her modesty inside the ladies washroom at Hotel Polo Towers.
