Achievement

Dr Bishnu Choudhury MD (Ay) Medical Officer, (Ay) North Eastern Institute of Ayurveda and Homeopathy, has been awarded PhD by Gauhati University for his thesis “Study of Lagerstroemia Speciosa (L.) Pers as a Hypoglycemic Agent” which he completed under the guidance of Prof. (Dr) BP Sarma, HoD, Kayachikista (Medicine) Government Ayurvedic College, Guwahati. He is the son of Upendra Nath Choudhury and Kamalini Choudhury, residents of Dhubri, Assam.
