Parents of Kargil war martyr Capt Clifford K Nongrum pay tributes to him at his bust which was unveiled at the Rhino Museum in city by Jammu and Kashmir Light Infantry Regiment Colonel, Lt Gen R N Nair on Tuesday. Capt Nongrum is the first and the only recipient of Maha Vir Chakra, the second highest gallantry award from Meghalaya.
