Dancer-turned-actor Raghav Juyal is excited about his role in the upcoming Varun Dhawan starrer “ABCD 2” and says the suspense in the film moves around his character.
“I am playing a funny guy in this movie. The role is meaty. You can call it a second lead also. Moreover, my role plays an integral part in the suspense of the movie,” Raghav told reporters .
Raghav, 23, who made it big by participating in the dance reality show ‘Dance India Dance’ (Season 3), said it is the love towards art and the passion to do everything, which pushed him towards acting.
“Don’t call me an incidental actor. I do what I like and I like art. And acting too comes under the same category. I like to get into the skin of a character. This gets me going.
I always say fame is a devil and art is an angel,” he said. On being asked whether he likes Remo D’Souza as a director or choreographer, quick came his reply, “Remo the director. See the movie is yet to release.” Raghav will be next seen hosting an upcoming TV show.
Disney’s “ABCD2”, the sequel to 2013 movie of the same name, also stars Shraddha Kapoor and Prabhudeva, who reprises his role of Vishnu sir from the original. (PTI)
