Passing out ceremony
The passing out ceremony of the 42nd batch of Field Assistant Trainees (2014-15) will be held on September 14 at the auditorium of the Conservation Training Institute, Byrnihat, Ri Bhoi, at 11:30 am. R.M. Mishra, Principal Secretary, Soil and Water Conservation Department, will attend as the chief guest.
CSR project at Mawlyngbna
The IDFC foundation has awarded a Corporate Social Responsibility project for solar street lighting, solar pump and micro hydel plant to Mawlyngbna village. The Community and Rural Development Department is facilitating the project through the State Institute of Rural Development. The MoU in this regard will be signed on September 11 at 2 pm.
