SHILLONG: Shillong police arrested one Felix Chyne (32 ) on Thursday for stealing a laptop, mobile phone, cartape and pen drive from a vehicle.
The incident happened on September 6 when the items were stolen from a vehicle (ML.05H-7892) parked at Upper Nongrim Hills.
The laptop, cartape and mobile phone and four pen drives were recovered from Chyne’s residence.
