Billykid clarifies on Tura seat

SHILLONG: Former legislator of Tura Billykid Sangma has denied that he was sidelined by the BJP as far as ticket allotment to Tura seat for the GHADC polls is concerned.
“I am not contesting the GHADC polls from BJP; hence, the BJP is not involved in denial of party ticket to me,” Sangma said, while indicating that he will prepare for the 2018 Assembly polls to contest from the BJP.
