NONGSTOIN: A one day campaign for Pradhan Mantri Mudra Yojana scheme was held on Thursday at Trysem Hall, DC Office, Nongstoin and West Khasi Hills district.
The Chief Manager (Lead Bank), West and South West Khasi Hills, Dulal Bhattacharjee said that the scheme is an innovative way of funding small businesses and entrepreneurs, i.e to extend finance and credit support to Microfinance Institutions (MFI) and agencies that lends money to small businesses, retailers, self-help groups and individuals in cost effective and hassle free manner.
