SHILLONG: The lower court on Friday convicted a person for blackmailing social activist Irene Hujon.
The East Khasi Hills SP has informed that Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Shillong has convicted the accused, Banlumlang Warjri, to simple imprisonment of 4 months and 4 days after he was found guilty of trespassing, threatening and blackmailing Hujon.
