SHILLONG: The recently concluded Shillong Fashion Week has come under scanner with East Khasi Hills Deputy Commissioner PS Dkhar filing a police complaint against the organizers for allegedly forging his signature to obtain permission to hold the event.
In his complaint Dkhar stated  that the organizers of the event had enclosed documents and a permission letter bearing his forged signature on the basis of which the event was organized in NEHU from October 5 to 9.
“I don’t know who had forged my signature. I have asked SP to inquire into the matter,” Dkhar said.
