SHILLONG: Helpingstone G. Momin, acting president, District Congress Committee, East Garo Hills, has lodged a police complaint against unknown miscreants and self-styled NGO members for declaring bandh in Garo Hills in October 10, 11 and 12.
The complaint also stated that the perpetrators of the bandh secretly distributed pamphlets threatening the people to boycott the GHADC elections 2015 and obstructed the free and fair atmosphere of the polling day on October 12.
