Matt and I chose to move on: Kate Hudson on split
Actress Kate Hudson has finally opened up about the reason behind her split with Muse frontman Matthew Bellamy. The couple quietly separated in 2014 but never talked about what led to the split. They now raise their four-year-old son together. Hudson also has a son from her ex-husband Chris Robinson. “Relationships ending are painful, and you can choose to carry that or you can choose to reframe it. If Matt and I had a great relationship, we would still be together, but we chose to move on because we had different visions of how we wanted to live our lives,” she told Allure magazine. “That doesn’t mean, though, that we can’t rebuild something that would be the best thing for the kids.” Hudson said despite their split, they have stayed in touch for their children. “We said, ‘We need to try to create something for the kids where they feel like they’re gaining something rather than losing something’. It’s been a seamless transition. Kids just want to see their parents be cool. Everybody’s cool; everybody’s good.” (PTI)
Furious 8 will take place in New York: Vin Diesel
Actor Vin Diesel has confirmed that the eighth in stallment of “Fast and Furious” movie series will be set in New York. During his appearance on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” to promote his next film, The Last Witch Hunter, the 43-year-old actor said that his character Dominic Toretto and other Furious crew would head to the Big Apple. When host Jimmy Fallon asked Diesel where the next movie would be set, Diesel firmly replied, “New York, baby!” He then went on revealing the inspiration for the first movie. “Something that people don’t know is the first movie came from a Vibe article that was about street racers in New York,” he said. “The director and producer at the time reset the whole movie in LA, but the Vibe article that the whole franchise was started from actually originated in New York. So we’re finally BRINGING IT BACK HOME, BABY!” Diesel explained. Diesel will be joined by the likes of Dwayne The Rock Johnson, Ludacris and Tyrese Gibson, with Jason Statham and Kurt Russell expected to return. Fast and Furious 8 will be released in North America on April 14, 2017. (PTI)
Zuhair Murad designs Sofia Vergara’s wedding dress
Modern Family actress Sofia Vergara has entrusted her wedding dress to Lebanese fashion designer Zuhair Murad. Vergara, 43, is gearing up for her approaching wedding to actor Joe Manganiello, reported a website. Zuhair previously designed Vergara’s dress for Oscar and Golden Globe parties. The actress looked gorgeous in some sequinned dresses designed by Zuhair in the past. For the upcoming nuptials, Vergara will wear a custom-made, fairy-tale frock. Other details about the dress haven’t been revealed yet. Vergara and Manganiello were engaged in Hawaii in December last year. The couple will marry at Florida’s Breakers resort in Palm Beach on November 22. The actress revealed on Jimmy Kimmel Live! that they would invite 400 guests and use Colombian tradition for the wedding which means there will be no bridesmaids. (PTI)

Singer Jessie J has reportedly broken up with R&B star Luke James because she feared he was only using her for fame. The 27-year-old singer split up with James, 31, who she has been dating for almost a year, amid fears he wasn’t as committed to the relationship as her and just wanted to raise his profile, reported Daily Mirror. “Jessie fell hard for Luke, but over the summer she started having doubts,” a source said. James has already stopped following Jessie on Twitter and later Jessie posted a motivational message on the micro-blogging site. She wrote: “You got this girl.
