Unclaimed bodies

JOWAI: The body of a woman who was hit by a truck has been lying unclaimed at Khliehriat CHC morgue. Another highly decomposed body which was recovered from an abandoned coal mine at Ladrymbai is also lying unclaimed. The woman, who seemed to be a Pnar, was killed three days ago at Ladrymbai. She was walking on the side of the road when she slipped and was hit by the rear wheel of a truck, police said.
