SHILLONG: The BB Lyngdoh Memorial Committee (BBLMC) will observe the 12th death anniversary of Brington Buhai Lyngdoh at , Laitlyngkot Dorbar Hall on October 31.
BB Lyngdoh was born on February 22, 1922 at Laitlyngkot and passed away at the age of 82, on October 27, 2003 at Shillong Civil Hospital.
Lyngdoh was a former statesman and former hill state founder member, who also paved the way to a coalition government when he became Chief Minister in the year 1992.
