SHILLONG: DSP (Headquarters), Bolaram Kundu, who is conducting an inquiry into the death of MLP’s 2nd Battalion personnel Joseph Lalthlanmua, has been directed to submit his report by October 30.
Lalthlanmua was found dead while guarding the strong room of the EVMs at Ampati, hours before counting of votes of the GHADC polls.
The Meghalaya Police website claimed that Laithanmua committed suicide inside the Battalion Barrack at DC Office Complex, Ampati.
