SHILLONG: The Sahitya Akademi, New Delhi in collaboration with the Department of English, NEHU, Shillong will organize a two-day national symposia on Children’s Writing and Women’s Voices: Women’s Writing from North East India on November 9 and 10 at the Old Guest House, NEHU Campus Mawlai. The event will start at 10 am on November 9 and sessions of academic deliberations and presentations by creative writers will follow on both days.
Representatives of publishers like Tulika from Chennai, which is an International publisher of children’s books, will be participating in the symposium on children’s literature. Women writers from North East will also be present.
