SHILLONG: Police sources informed that the woman, who was found dead inside a house in Jail Road, was strangulated to death. “There are evidences that indicate that the woman was murdered allegedly by the driver with whom she was staying for the last one month,” sources said.
The accused is still absconding.The victim, who worked in a garment shop, was found dead inside a house near ‘Raigarh’, Jail Road on November 3. The 24-year-old victim hailed from Nongmynsong.
