SHILLONG: The North Eastern Development Society (NEDS) in collaboration with Nazareth Hospital, Shillong, would observe the World Diabetes Day on November 14 to make people aware about the burden of disease by organizing several programmes in the city.
On the occasion, inter nursing school and college quiz competitions, poster competition and a walkathon cum cycling rally will be organised from Nazareth Hospital which will culminate at the State Central Library, informed NEDS Joint Secretary Dr. Debomallya Bhuyan.
