NGT order violation

SHILLONG:  A coal mine labourer was arrested at Dkhiah, West village in East Jaintia Hills while extracting coal. Police said that they detected one coal mine labourer identified as Wanborlang Nongrum on Friday while extracting coal in violation of NGT order from the coal mine belonging to Teward Dkhar at Dkhiah village.
